bazzi 365 — Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bazzi 365 platform and all related services. By opening an account on bazzi 365, logging in, or using any service, a member is considered to have accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any discrepancy arises between this version and a translation in English or another language, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

Alongside these Terms, bazzi 365's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply and form an inseparable part of these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility for Registration

To become a member of bazzi 365, the following conditions must be met:

• The member must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided must be true, accurate, and complete.
• One person may operate only one account.
• The member must use their own mobile number and email address.

2.2 Account Security

A member is required to keep their account login details — username and password — confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If there is any unauthorised access to an account, the member must notify the bazzi 365 support team immediately.

2.3 Updating Information

If a member's details change — such as their mobile number or email — the account must be updated immediately. bazzi 365 will not be responsible for any delays or issues with transactions caused by outdated information.

All services on bazzi 365 are available only to members aged 21 or above. At the time of registration or at any later stage, bazzi 365 may request documents to verify a member's age and identity.

Verification generally requires one of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (where applicable)

Until verification is complete, access to bonuses and withdrawals may be restricted. Any attempt to complete verification using false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bazzi 365 currently accepts deposits through the following methods:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). This minimum applies to every payment method. Bank transfers can be made through major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

Members must use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is identified, funds will not be released without account verification.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning a wager of ৳22,500 must be completed against the ৳1,500 bonus.

5.2 Other Promotions

bazzi 365 runs the promotions listed below. The specified wagering requirement must be met for each one:

• Weekly bazzi 365 Reload Festival: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering requirement 18x. Applicable against a deposit on any working day, once per week.
• bazzi 365 Cricket Bonanza: 50% bonus, up to ৳10,000, wagering requirement 20x. Applicable only for bets placed in the cricket or sports section.
• Slot King Night Bonus: 40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering requirement 22x. Applicable against one deposit per weekend.
• bazzi 365 Birthday Gift: Reward up to ৳2,000, wagering requirement 10x. Claimable once in the birthday month, provided account verification is complete.
• Refer a Friend and Join the Team: Reward up to ৳3,000, wagering requirement 12x. The reward is given when the referred friend makes their first deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus is never treated as direct cash — funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. A new bonus cannot be claimed while an active bonus is in progress. bazzi 365 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6.1 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the outcome of each bet depends on the official result of the relevant event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bazzi 365 will refund the bet amount or set a new price according to the applicable rules. In the event of a dispute over a result, the decision of bazzi 365 is final.

6.2 Casino Games

In live casino, slots, baccarat, roulette, and other games, each outcome is determined by a random number generator or a live dealer. If a result is affected by a technical error, that round may be considered void and the bet amount may be refunded.

6.3 Multi-Bet and Combination Bets

For multi-bets, if all selections are not correct, the entire bet amount is lost. No partial reward will be given for partially correct selections, unless the relevant promotion has separate terms.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Registering under multiple identities to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Knowingly exploiting a technical error on the platform for gain.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets in a third party's name or using their funds.
• Attempting to unlawfully influence the outcome of any event or game.

8.1 Suspension by bazzi 365

In the following situations, bazzi 365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• If suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are identified.
• If a self-exclusion or self-break is activated at the member's request.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

A member who wishes to close their account may inform the support team via live chat or email. Any wagering-complete balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

bazzi 365 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be seen as a solution to financial problems. All members are encouraged to play responsibly.

After a complaint is submitted, bazzi 365 will begin an investigation as quickly as possible and communicate the decision. If the matter is not resolved through initial discussion, the platform's formal internal complaints process will be followed. In disputes regarding game outcomes, bazzi 365's technical logs will be treated as the final evidence.

bazzi 365 may partially or fully amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to members' accounts or their registered email addresses.

If a member continues to use the platform after the changes take effect, they will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. Members who do not agree with the new terms are requested to close their account.
